With over 15 years of professional experience across diverse industries and a Six Sigma business consultant certification, Ola has honed a deep understanding of process optimization and organizational effectiveness especially when it comes to running a business. Ola has worked as a junior analyst in Scotland, UK, and started her business at the age of 29. It was this role that sparked her passion for streamlining operations and enhancing business performance. This early experience laid the foundation for Ola’s work with various businesses.

Throughout her career, Adesewa has supported businesses across various industries, managing projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Passionate about helping businesses thrive, she brings exceptional organizational skills and a solutions-driven approach to every project she supports.

For over a decade, Ola has successfully run her own manufacturing business when she was in the UK, where she has managed a team of six and developed exceptional people skills. She understands the pains of growing a business and knows that working on the business is more powerful than working in the business.
